Finding Your iPhone’s Device Model…

If your iPhone and screen are working: click on your SETTINGS App (photo above), then go to GENERAL, then to go to ABOUT and there you will find device’s MODEL NAME (photos below)

If you are unable to use your iPhone and/or navigate the screen to find the iPhone model, here are 3 other options. Option 1: Go to your iCloud account on the internet from a laptop or desktop. Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS, there you will see MY DEVICES and what model your phone is. Option 2: Find the box your phone came in. On the back your device model will be listed.

Option 3: If your desktop or laptop share the same APPLE ID as your iPhone, go the SETTINGS app/program, then click on APPLE ID and you’ll see your device’s model.
